2025 APPLICATION FORM

Applications for the third edition of RAD Art Fair in Bucharest, running from May 22 to 25, 2025 at CARO, are now open. You may submit your application using the form below. The application deadline is Sunday, December 1st, 2024.

RAD is open to proposals from contemporary art spaces based in Romania and international galleries that show a strong connection to the Romanian art scene or include at least one Romanian artist in their proposal. Applicants should run a consistent year-round program with at least 4 exhibitions per year and regular public hours. Apart from the GALLERIES sector, in 2025 RAD introduces PLATFORM, a sector dedicated to project spaces and young galleries applying with a solo or duo presentation. 

Please review the APPLICATION GUIDELINES carefully for details and eligibility. 

Selection results will be communicated to all applicants in early January 2025.

Please upload images of artworks to be exhibited at RAD 2025 and/ or images of similar artworks made by the proposed artists.

An application fee of RON 250 (EUR 50) must be paid in order to process your proposal. Details of the payment are in the Application Guidelines. Please upload the proof of payment here.
