“Concursus” proposes a state rather than an action. Nothing is demonstrated, nothing is driven toward meaning. Elements, gestures, presences, and absences coexist without being connected, without explaining one another. They do not form a narrative but remain in a fragile proximity where each retains its autonomy. The performance explores the tension between letting things be and intervening. Any attempt to fix, define, or assign meaning appears as a gesture of unease — a form of guilt. In this space, dignity does not belong to manifestation, but to withdrawal; not to clear appearance, but to what escapes, to what cannot be exhausted.
“Concursus” works with unpredictability as the only form of information. Meaning is not constructed, but allowed to resolve itself — or not appear at all. Presence is not asserted, but lightly touched, without being possessed. Between what is and what is not, the performance remains suspended: a coexistence without resolution, where things do not connect — they concur.
