EVA Foundation Open House
EVA Foundation is Bucharest’s first publicly accessible collection of international 20th and 21st Century art created by women. Housed in a renovated 1930s townhouse, EVA’s mission, stemming from founder Ecaterina Aguiar-Lucander's vision, is to serve as a vital space for reflecting on the future, present, and past of female artistic expression. The foundation draws connections between works globally, anchoring a transnational art historical dialogue in a feminist lens.
For RAD Art Fair 2026, EVA Foundation opens its doors as part of the vibrant program unfolding across Bucharest. At EVA, guests are invited to experience the dialogue between art, architecture, and curating, encountering works by Judy Chicago, Tracey Emin, Helen Frankenthaler, Louise Nevelson, and other seminal artists.
On Sunday, 26 April, between 13:00 and 16:00, EVA Foundation presents its first Open House, inviting RAD audiences to explore the inaugural exhibition -Sirens in the setting of an intimate visit and a garden reception. Attendance is limited, and spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
