The works explore the condition of women in contemporary society, representing three stages—adolescence, youth, and maturity—and reflect on the environment that shapes her, that she struggles against, and ultimately comes to terms with through the idea of sacrifice.

Costin Ioniță
Costin Ioniță was born in Bucharest in 1978.
In 2002, he graduated from the National University of Arts Bucharest, Sculpture Department, under Professor Napoleon Tiron.
In 2004, he completed a Master’s degree in Visual Arts, Sculpture Department, under Professor Vasile Gorduz.
Since 2005, he has been a member of the Union of Visual Artists of Romania.
