1MP Gallery was born in 2023 by transforming an abandoned cinema ticket booth into a one-square-meter gallery, redefining how contemporary art is produced and experienced. Its compact, experimental format turns physical limitation into a creative trigger, showing that even the smallest spaces can hold vast ideas and emotional depth. Developed by Forumul Artelor Vizuale (FAV), the project offers a scalable model for cultural and social renewal, reactivating forgotten spaces through artistic intervention and community dialogue. By joining RAD 2026, we aim to strengthen our strategic vision, build meaningful partnerships, and learn how to sustain an artist-run platform rooted in accessibility, resilience, and shared responsibility. For us, the RAD mentorship platform is a learning opportunity, a space to gain and exchange knowledge, refine practices, and develop sustainable ways of working.
