Although seemingly humorous, the work conveys a profound message about the human tendency to avoid confronting reality. The body remains visible—vulnerable and exposed—while the head, a symbol of thought and awareness, is hidden, refusing to “see.”

The sculpture becomes a metaphor for denial and a deliberate disconnection from everyday issues, suggesting a state of emotional and mental “no signal.” It is a subtle invitation to reflect on the moments when we choose to close our eyes, hoping that what we do not see does not exist.
